[(2003)Leon and his Dog]

im loving this

i just watched bar fight which was quality, but this was better.

firstly, the animation was great. the little details, like the way Leon moves his arms when he talks, and so on, makes it very professional. its making me want to try clay animation. i have done some quite good lego animations, but i cheated, cos for the characters i just took a few photos and then animated them on top of the background layer. It saves time, and file size, but doesnt have the same clean feel to it. (i even made a lego game using this method.)

i can see you have loads of patience and a cracking sense of humour. im now gonna go watch some more of your movies. im sure they will be wicked too.

i love these sorts of movies which are done using a webcam. they have such an nice different feel to them which makes a change from looking at drawn graphics. thats why im a big fan of lego animations too.

i thought it was all great, even the amusing voices. kind of made the little clay people sound like they were bored, even though they were being attacked by chainsaws and what not.

these sorts of animations take ages to make dont they. all that copying and pasting of photos into flash gets very monotonous, so well done for haviong the patience to create something longer than 5 seconds.

i have been a fan of these surreal installments of more-or-less weekly entertainment for a good few months now. perhaps the only thing better than your website is pie. having said that, weetabix takes some beating.

anyway, im very glad you have submitted wee-lo (which, incidentally, is one of my favourites) to newgrounds, and i see it had gone down well, although it has been highly entertaining to read the reviews of many a confused american.

please please make the cult following of this truly GENIUS series even larger, by submitting more of the weebl and bob episodes to newgrounds! maybe some of the old classics like "riot" and "heist", as well as some of the great new ones, namely "cheese", which is possibly the best flash animation thats named after a dairy product that i've ever seen.

god bless your egg shaped exterior!

apart from the funky twist at the end, the storyline wasnt that great.

BUT....

the animation was brill. well, to be honest, some of the drawings werent even that great, but it just had something good about it. there were some very nice animation techniques in there that could teach us all something...
i particularly liked the flashes of the cameras and the warping effects on the characters with those gun thingys.

all in all, not very entertaining, but quite inspiring. hence the 9 for "overall"

that was jokes, especially when the fish jumped out of the fishtank and started running along the floor!

i like this series. may not be the best graphics ever, but its funny, a good idea, and it has style. Plus, i'm still happy about the fact you featured my lego game in episode 5. :o)

great graphics

hello mate.
the graphics were fantastic, i especially liked the effect you used for the bright sun. the actual plot wasnt that good though. it was slightly amusing, but not enough to make me let out an audible chuckle.

but good, never the less

the best near-half hour of flash ive ever seen!

well, first, fair play for actually making a 21 minute long flash cartoon! as well as being fiendishly clever, with all the timing (which i have to add, is all correct... thats right, i checked with a stopwatch. im that sort of person)each episode was also ingeniously funny.

mainly because of all the little obsevations to do with bbc and so on.

a great series which has definitely kept me entertained. its fun to hear the english accent in a flash cartoon as well!

PS: michael beurke's voice was fantastic, as was trevor mcdonalds.
